Different Brand Speakers and Size with different amp

Hello, recently I setup a 2 dual 15 MOFOs and BAMF 5500 AMP and I have room left over in the front of my trunk, but I cannot fit 15 inch subs in the portion since it tapers off the further it goes into my trunk. So recently I purchased a second amp and wired it up and everything seemed to work perfectly fine.

Since the space is so tight I decided to go with 2 Kicker Shallow mounts 12 inches. I was wondering will this work out fine because its not drawing off the other amp and I have 3 batteries in my car from running my MA HK Amp.
