Differences in RE SE 12" and RE XXX 12"

Now im workin on my new system ideas. I am thinkin about 2 XXX 12"s. However I noticed at lookin at the specs and comparing the SE to the XXX that the only thing the XXX really exceeds over the SE's is the xmax, and power handling.

So if I uprgrade my subs to XXX 12"s, and my amp to 2 RE 12.1 amps, will I notice a signifigant difference in volume?

Also, another thing I was wondering about is SQ. One reason I bought the SE's is because of the SQ. However, I like SQL. So how does the SQ of the XXX compare to the SE?
