Difference between Eclipse 8445 & 8455

I saw on the eclipse website only the Equalizer difference from 7 to 10 bands, what else is different in this models?

I am not sure if there are any operational differences as far as your flexibility with setting things up goes, but there might be some diff there as well

Well its says only digital input and 3 bands on eq... is this right?

And crossovers. Only has one crossover for high and low. 55 has high low and bandpass.

yea the 8445 is mainly if you are running a passive setup while the 8455 you can run a three way active setup.
