im looking for a new phone and these seem to be a good price but there are so many **** models. 6250, 7100, 7250, 7290, 8700, 8300c, 8700G, 8100 and mucho mas.

what does all the different models mean and which one is a good model for a budget price?

thanks in advance and i dont know if this is in the right section or not

I don't have a blackberry, but I have a Motorola Q and LOVE it, got it for a steal on e-bay. If you are looking for a smartphone alternative to the blackberry, look to a Moto Q.

You're gonna want one with a full keyboard and on the new side. So that most likely means the curve.

8310 at&t's curve - difference is gps if you have the blackberry data plan (required if you want internet)

8320 tmobile's curve - difference is wifi

The pearls don't have a full keyboard so can be a pain in the ***, kind of defeats the purpose of a blackberry.

Blackberry bold is due to come out really soon, no clue of price and whatnot.

I use the 8310 without the data plan (yes defeats purpose of a blackberry) but I love the phone and full keyboard for texting. I'm too cheap to pay another 30 bux a month.
