What about the 6500 vs 7400 ? MP3 support, 3x preouts, hpf is in both. In that case, are the looks and year difference about it?

Nevermind... I guess the 6500 doesn't have MP3 support.

what volt at the pre outs?? on the 6400? are they just 2 volt?

The 7400 and 6400 both have 2.2 volt pre-outs.

oke...cuz the price diff here is huge, doesn't really seem that worth gettin a 7400,

luckily i got a p6400 for 325 with Future Shops warranty!!

(thats in cdn funds)(and if you don't have a future shop near you, the warranty covers everything! I mean everything)

so the pioneer deh-7400mp has 2 or 3 pre outs? And are they 2 or 4 volts? I know that the Premier deh-p740mp has triple 4 volt pre outs.

Also, on the new premier deh-p550mp, 2 or 3 pre outs? 2 or 4 volt?

onlinecarstereo has te 5500mp for sale and they state it at double 2 volt outs.

just get a pioneer premier. you got one extra preout and two year warranty.
