did my headunit fry my amp??

My xtant x1001 just blew.. I was wondering if my head unit had anything to with cause when it happened was my headunit cut off then back on and then I heard a pop and smelled burnt elictricl smell.. it happened before but didn't blow the amp just popped.. my car is a 2004 bmw 325I and my head unit is a clarion indash screen..amp was running at 1ohm and I ran zero gauge and had a 100a fuse but didn't pop ..and two idmax 12s. I wanna know if it could be my head unit cause I don't want to blow another amp.

The power supply of the amp shorted, dropping the voltage on the 12V until the HU shut down.

About fuses, I like how they are strong and almost never blow... hehe.
