Did I get scammed?

I recently purchased a amp and I have a question regarding the solder joint on one of the fet's as it appears to be burned to me. There are also other solder joints on the amp that looks to have been re soldered I say this because there are some of the solder joints that have more on them than others I thought they are machine soldered not done by hand so there would be equal amounts of solder on each joint.

Have not put it to a proper test just a power on. I do not have anything proper to do so yet waiting for my stuff to be delivered. I am worried that this will lead to failure if I push it. I was also told that oxidation can cause this is this true?

The previous owner says this is oxidation I asked him to explain to me how oxidation removes solder. Issue is I paid a decent amount for it and it is not in the shape I was told. This isn't a issue that would be listed under cosmetic issues I see this as more mechanical because its part of the electrical part of the amp not the case which is what id consider cosmetic. I am just worried that the first time I push this amp its going to pop on me. Upon further inspection I found another fet leg that looks crispy as well I will post pictures tomorrow
