I don't think Paypal will do jack shit. I filed a claim with them over a sale on another forum, and they gave me some generic message which basically states they don't give a shit about forum trades. Just my $.02. I'd like to know how Paypal replies.

hey pe, as far as you know did he have tracking? what paypal will tell you is that they aren't an escrow and do not gaurantee the looks or working status of the good you recieve. so i'm just curious if he gave you tracking or ever had it b/c if he didn't, then he'll have to refund you. either way, i'd call paypal even though they won't do anything. now, if you paid with a credit card through paypal, then you have more things you can do.
