Did i get scammed

I ordered a viper d1200.1 from Jeremyzack. I was supposevly looking flawless. This is what i recieved.

There is a 1/8 gauge out of the metal with lots of sctarches and shit. Also the power and protcetion lights wernt even in the wholes. Do you think he scammed me or this is from his really shitty packaging job which was wrap it in a piece of cardboard and throw some paper strips in with it. Wtf i want some of my money back

that burnt mark on top looks like when he unplugged the power cable he rubbed up against the amp so it created a major spark.he must have unplugged the ground first. sorry man...maybe u didnt get scammed but in a way u did,he should have told u what happend before u shipped it
