I cannot comment on whether or not they're any good as I've never heard a set of them.

I do question why you made a purchase not knowing anything about the product you were buying?

A quick search on eBay shows that those tweeters average around $50 BNIB including shipping so if you paid $70 retail that's not too out of line but you could have gotten them for less.

It seemed like a good deal at the time and the guy told me they were the best tweeters he had.

Will they make the rest of my system sound like shit? I'll be running a JL 10w7 powered by a jl 500/1 amp. These tweeters along with the mid ranges will be powered by a MTX Thunder 404 amp.

If they're decent speakers I might as well just use them no?

What mids?? Those audiobanh's blow so unless you're using crap mids i'd say they will tarnish the system not help.

Again what mids are you using?? For 75 bucks or less there are a good bit of tweets that can be used.
