Did I fry my amp?

I have 3 amps in my system, one for front pair of speakers, one for back and one for the sub. Yesterday everything worked fine, but then I turned off the car, went to get somebody and when I turned the car back on the front speakers didnt work. There was no sounds, no smoke, no burning smell, nothing. Just didnt work.

Today I checked all the wires and everything is ok, fuses are corretly sized and are all fine. I tried changing power cables between both speaker amps and nothing.

The amp is a Diamond Audio D7152, it has a fan which I've never seen spinning because it never got too hot, and I know it has 3 leds. When testing today I saw that when I start the car the fan tries to spin but only goes around once, and none of the leds come on. The rest of the system sounds fine.

The ground is common for the 3 amps, and the power goes out of a fused block, so the other amp works. I am not sure what to do.

Did it fry?
