Im worried that i blew one of my subs and i dont want to accept the fact that i may have. I have 2 Pheonix Gold Ti10s and one of them makes a little distorded noise at low volume but will get plenty loud when turned up. When i push down on the cone i do hear/felt a little snapping in the bad one and the other one is smooth. The subs are only 2 months used too with 600rms coming from a JBL1200.1

Let me look at the warranty sheet....

I was having the exact problem with one of my old W3's that I bought of here. When I first installed it I noticed the problem. It's almost as if too much dust got into the VC and its just ever so slightly grinding. I still own it and it's still running hard..I just check up on it occationaly to make sure things arent getting worse.

ok now it isnt playing at all...when i push on the cone i feel nothing anymore. It was playing earlier today and last night. I made sure it wasnt a channel on my amp and thats not the case. Such a sad day...

Does it mean anything when i push on the cone till i get to a certain point then it starts to play something? Will the warrenty cover this? I dont think i over powered em, it just happened...
