Diamond D6 vs. SS rl-i

ok both are about equal in price and I heard both have great sq, if I was getting the diamond I'd get 2 10" and if i was going SS I'd get 2 8", either choice will be power'd by a sundown sae1000D giving each sub 500ms, thanks for any input

having owned both its no comparison......

D6's will be louder ,lower and meaner.......

1 D6 12 was louder than 2 RL-i's by alot,so much so I sold off

the 10s cause I hated them,biggest wast of money in my life:verymad:

I understand that but that isn't retail pricing.

The RL-p, buying it factory-direct, is more or less the same as buying a Diamond D6 through an authorized retailer which would not sell you one for $150 I'm certain.

As far as driver performance is concerned the RL-p is a much more comparable driver to the D6 than is the RL-i.
