diamond d6 or rlp 12

Rl-p has more linear displacement, which means they have the potential for more output.

Sound quality; neither of them sound bad.

Though Diamond recommends an enclosure almost half the size you are planning to use, while the Rl-p will drop right in and be at home.

I'd go Rl-p out of that match up, personally.

i have two d6's and i can personally say that they are awsome..get the diamonds without a doubt...diamonds have the ability to hit soo low....its nuts trust me....as far as soud quality, just remember its diamond audio and there is ur answer.(yes they sound amazing)

The reccommended sealed enclosure for my M6 10" is .5-.75cu. ft. ?? If I remember correctly the 12" was in a 1.0-1.2 cu.ft. sealed box.

Where you be gettin' yer info squeakers, Don't trust Diamonds hacked web site!

Exactly what is linear displacement..
Sd * Xmax

Linear displacement is, basically, the amount of air a speaker can move will maintaining linearity (low distortion). Since output is a function of the amount of air moved, linear displacement is king in a sealed enclosure for determining which speaker has the potential for higher output. In this case, that goes to the Rl-p.
