4 dual vc 4ohm down to 1ohm?

Can i get a 1ohm load out of 4 dual 4ohm subs? Im looking to get 4 re 10s and wire them down to one ohm to a concept 1200.

No. You would get either a 2 or .5 ohm load. I think there is still some refurbished 1200 watt Viper amps over at ikesound.com pretty cheap. And they are max RMS power at 2 ohm, IIRC. If not..it's the directed that are 2 ohm stable...either way..ikesound should have them both in the refurb section.

I just installed a pair. They were closer to 10.25".
