Diamond D6 box and trim ring question

i was just wondering what the reccommended box size for a 12" diamond D6 was. and i was also wondering demensions for a trim ring. cut out diameter and the outside diameter

A 12" would want about 1.2cu.ft. sealed and closer to 1.75cu.ft. ported. Don't know off hand the cutout diam.
