Got this setup after looking around briefly. Built my 1st ported box 3 net cubes tuned to 31hz, 2.5" port width, prob would have went bigger but thats as big as I could fit using a L port. Box turned out solid used biscuit joints on most of it as well as screws.

The amp is nice and heavy. Looks clean and functions as expected. Sounds good also. It accepts 4 gauge wire unlike another poster in here says and no its not cheap crap its 7yr old copper wire.

I tuned the amp at 50hz to ~28.5VAC which is ~800w(1ohm). The sub hits hard and low and sounds clean. It shakes the crap out of all the mirrors and trunk.

Car is an 03 Dodge Stratus SXT coupe aka Mitsubishi platform(galant/eclipse)

Running the stock infinity sounds adding the sub via LOC.

I may try it in a larger/fancier, but want to see if it will take 1000watts 1st. If so then 3.5cubes similar tuning via external ports should get it banging. Next up is a pair of Type R 12's so it will be a while.

So far I would say it sounds similar volume wise to my old pair of JL 12w3's in a sealed box on similar power, just WAY LOWER!!.
