diamond d5300.2 or orion3002

I am buying a new amp for my components that i will be getting since i sold my memphis. i have decided on either the diamond d5300.2 or the orion3002. i am pretty sure the diamond is better but i will see on what u guys say. also if u have any other suggestion's on an amp that is in the price range of 120-130 shipped to my door. and it has to be between 75x2 at 4 ohms rms or 100x2 at 4 ohms rms. thanxs alot
