Diamond D3's

Okay, I've been looking for a pair of subs for 2 sealed custom boxes for my Cherokee. I've been offered a price of $120 for a pair of Diamond D3 12" subs. Are these any good for loud sound with decent sound quality? Are they better than a pair of new Alpine Type S's or 10" Alpine Type R's for sealed boxes? Thanks for the help!
