Diamond Audio subs

i was wondering how good these subs are? do they stand by their name? can you compare them to Jl audio and Eclipse? Thanks

I cannot compare them to JL Audio and Eclipse, but I can tell you how they sound. A friend of mine has a pair of tens in a sealed box, each of them getting around 175W rms each. They don't hit hard at all. It's in an SUV, so it's open air, but man... it's kinda sad. They have good sound quality, I guess, but they don't go that low, simply because they are 10's. They sound really good in his car, too, mainly because the midbass driver in his Diamond M6 components really brings out the smoothe bass. They're alright, I guess, but I would not buy a pair for myself.
