I really have two questions. The first is would 80wrms be enough to really make the Hex s600s sound good, or should I put more power to them?

The second is this: I have an 80x4 watt PPI amp, and if I run two sets of speakers in parallel to two channels (for 2 ohms stereo 160x2wrms) then each set of speakers will see roughly half (depending on the actual resistance of each speaker) of the power, correct?

My planned setup is to bridge the rear channels of the PPI (320wrms) to a Perfect 10" sub, and run the front channels in parallel to a set of Diamond Hexs in the front and some other set (still undecided) in the back. Any comments on this would be appreciated

Thanks
