What do yall think of this amp? I'll probably be putting it on 2 12' Diamond D9's. I've also considered the Memphis 1500 wat amp, how does the diamond match up to it?

no personal exp, but from what ive read pn here, theyre really good amps.

I think the d9's are gonna want more power than most amps will give. I have a d9 12 runnning on a treo 750.1 at 2ohms and should be getting about 750rms and it is just starting to move when the amp in starting to clip. I would think that a 1500 rms amp would be good for each of the d9's

Good choices. I have a D61500.1 on a pair of TDX 12"s. 4cf slot ported tuned to 30Hz. I love the set-up. Can't beat the warranty on the amp either.

And I would choose it hands down over your other option.

you could try a bigger box, like 2.5cubes

I intentionally tuned it for max flat. would rather have the best possible sound and it still gets pretty loud, I just know that it is capable of alot more
