perfect working condition. gets really loud even though its a SQ driver.

rated at 600rms but can take up to 850.

did a 146.xx with 2 of these in my truck off 800 rms a piece

has small dent in cone and surround as well as some scratches on the basket. none of which effect its performance.

Well when you remove the gasket, does the cone slide right out?

I saw one at a local shop on demo and the cone was just sitting atop the basket w/o the gasket on there.

the gasket is a gasket. all it is is a rubber surround that goes over the holes. if you take it off it lookes like a normal woofer

Your sub is not in the greatest shape either. I just got the same sub here last week from someone here mint condition for $135 shipped.
