Diamond Audio D3 Sucks

Had a kid come by tonight was going to trade me 2 12" D3 series subs, I hooked them up to my 1501d amp expecting them to sound good... HELL No! Worst subs I have ever heard in my life! They were even making a vibration coming from the sub? The kid was like oh yeah they sound good in my car, dont know why they dont sound good in yours, Ive had audiobahns sound 100% better... wow! Im so shocked!

maybe they were blown or something? a friend has two m3 12s last year models of the d3 i think, sending each 500 in a ported box in an extanded cab sounds ****ing good to me

Wow... these were horrible! Vibrating like hell!! Compared to my single 15" 9500 they were HORRIBLE! Even bass was horrible!

They were obviously messed up. What kind of box did he have. for all we know he may have also had a box for them that wasn't even the right specs. You cant soley go by how that kid had them setup. So before you say something sucks make sure you hear it in 100% working order.

deffinetly somthing wrong, because diamond audio puts out an amazing line of products, some of the best compnents and subs for SQ i've heard, and i have also heard them get really loud

I dont know much about subs, I wonder if he tried to slip a fast on over my head? At first he didnt want me to try them he kept saying the mosquitos were too bad, then I said im not doing it till he hooked them up, and he couldnt figure it out, he swore there was nothing wrong, but they sounded worse then anything Ive ever heard, if I had a choice for no subs or subs I would go no subs...lol

my buddy has one 12 in a sealed box.. not sure cubes.. prolly around 2 or 1.8.. anyways its one of the better sounding subs ive heard. i think it has awesome sq.
