Mounting depth is a hair over 4"s

I'm looking for 100$ shipped

I have plenty of reff's so no worries,

I got it off ebay a couple months ago thinking I'd use it, ended up powering it once and then letting it sit sence then. It was very clean and decently loud when I powered it up.
