dammit man, DHL sucks here in s.f. if they're not late, they lose something and this isn't the first time either... b.j. fisher did excellent work on a one of a kind amp rack for me and it's gone... dammit man!!! o.k. enough whining, just though online buyers should know about this, i'll never have a package sent, or recieved through dhl again...

yeah, already did that, they say that the shipper has to file the claim... seriously though, how do you loose a 53 pound 15x13x36" shipment?

I've never had any complaints or problems with DHL. They are always by FAR the least expensive, and in my case have always been quick. Sometimes NEXT DAY to places multiple states over.

I've had a number of problems and insurance claims and such through UPS and FedEX though...

Every shipping company has it's problems man... it's the facts of life.

lol, its funny you mention this, i JUST got my check from a claim that was started at the end of December. They lost my 65LB subwoofer box that i traded with decado2 for. I just dont understand how you lose something that large!!

yea i understand ur pain..they lost sum stuff ive sent b4..i quit dealing with them..then they sent me a 11 dollar bill in the mail sayin i didnt pay for shipping..but the stuff still left there with a tracking number..stupid *** ppl..

I saw a DHL van the other day... It was driving pretty fast and went over some railroad tracks and all 4 tires went up in the air, and then it landed on the 2 side wheels and almost flipped over... Wish I had caught it on camera.
