I shipped an amp out that i sold on ebay, eclipse ea4000. the guy paid like 135.00 for it, that included the shipping. I sent it out on the 19th of january. He emails me almost a week later saying still no amp. I look into it, i call the shipping place tell them that it still says that it's "departing origin" and it says "expected delivery date = 22nd of jan. i explained him the situation and he seems cool, but he said hes gonna prolly just want a refund.

I called the shipping place, No answer. I called them again, they took my information, havent heard from them since.

What can i do, ive never been in this situation before..

I'm probably no help, but DHL is lost for the most part. Two packages from exact same destination 40 miles away, one arrives the next day, other takes 4 days. Their tracking is a joke, and the 'customer service reps' are just as clueless when it comes to tracking as the customers are. Just try to explain to your buyer that it is DHL's fault, and make sure he already has the tracking number.

Thats weird, rcexplosion sent me a sub through dhl and they charge him for ground but gave him 2nd day shipping. Got to me in one day from rhode island to louisiana. Gl man hope everything works out for you
Thats the only upside to them. If they have room on planes, alot of times theyll throw ground shipments on. Although most do not benefit from this regularly.
