detective called my cell today

Well let me tell you what happend, a long time ago, me n some friends went to a girls house to get her so we can get soma her friends. Well she decides to give us her dads gun for $20 We took it and left and had some fun. Well this mornin detective calls me and asks me if I was in any part of it, Im thinkin hmm they got my fingerprints and the little girl snitched and said we stole it. But shes gotta be considered a suspect because she steals alot of her dads shit and money. So im just actin like I dont know anything about a pistol and told him Yeah i was there but only less than 2 min, we picked her up and got some of her friends and was out, But i did say she brags about stealin her dads shit, because dat little ***** *** snitch deserves it. My buddy that was with me calls me about the same thing, But he wants to go in the pd give a statement saying that we was over there and she stole her dads gun and asked if we want it, Im thinkin hell no. They dont have enough solid proof to be able to charge us, besides a lil girl who been to the crazy house and has died and came back from overdose on drugs. I think I got this, but my friend might ****ing ruin it for me.

this sight aint no solid evedence, I know about a couple things about what can be considered with really good evidence. Been through this many times and was never charged, even with fingerprints. But I think I can get away with it with the old dont know about it trick. But my friends goin up there to tell the truth, while hes on probation. Hes ****ing Stupid.
