Delphi CD player?????

Well my aunt and uncle drive a truck. They went to a truck show and my aunt won a Delphi cd player sirius radio ready. I wanted to hook it up in my car temporarily. Well I have the wiring harness for my car but all other cd players I hooked are different than this one. The harness that came with the cd player plugs into the back but instead of having the loose wires to wire directly to my harness they have 2 different plugs. My question is do I just cut the plugs off the end and wire it to my harness? Also the colors dont exactly match up so how could I figure that out?
