Sold Dell Inspiron 5100 laptop

Hey,

I have a little over 2 year old Dell inspiron 5100 and have found out that sooner or later I am going to have to replace the screen. It is the upgrade screen. Nothing else is wrong with the laptop. I love this thing but spending 200 or more dollars on a screen I dont want to do. It has everything to it and comes with a leather carrying case. I have all the disks that it came with. It has never been hooked up to the internet. I used it to watch movies and type reports. If anybody is interested pm me and let me know.

A screen wont cost you that much, I got a screen for my 7100 (I think that was the model number), and it only cost me $140 shipped, brand new.

I have the upgrade screen I think the UGXA or something like that. The laptop is great. I love it. I have no problems with it except the screen. If I tap the side of the screen it works just fine the rest of the time. I talked to a Dell rep and that is what they told me was the screen was going out. Could last a year or could last a day.
