Last Thursday, a friend of mine was fapping on my computer while I was in class, and he dropped my lappy on the floor and broke the hard drive. I called up Dell on Friday and told them that I ran the diagnostic and that my hard drive was dead, and they said they'd send a new one out for free under warranty. Well this afternoon, at 1:15 I have a new hard drive in my hand.

i can say nothing but excellence about dell's xps service,

when i first got it, i had my laptop in my bookbag and dropped it, it cracked the corner hinge, still worked, just a crack and they sent the parts next day and a guy out to fix it

i went to bed one day and woke up the next day to find that my HDD had dissappeard from my computer, bios didnt even show one there, had a new one the next day

also backlight went out on the LED lcd screen, back when they were new and not many things had them, they were expensive, and they sent me a new one out, next day

not one time did they give me any trouble or try to put the problem on me, i would deff buy another dell

i dropped mine and it overheats and the screen like kicks in and out and goes blank sometimes.

a hard drive is just a series of spinning plates ( unless you have a ssd ) imagine something spinning at 5400rpm then being dropped, the cylinder head + the plates would be fuxored

Dell service is awesome. But it is even better if you manage a Dell server, now the guys in those departments are totally perfect in customer service.

dell.com/epp is good too just select large company and your in. my job posted a poster of this and they run some good sales sometimes....
