sounds way better than the service best buy/geek squad gave me. gave them laptop for repair. wouldnt take a charge and wasnt the charger. they call me tell me the charger is bad, i tell them no its not. they claim i refused service and had to pay. they had to send it back out to replace the motherboard and i was out of a computer for over a month. **** BEST BUY!!!! im getting a dell next time.

Yeah, my last lappy was a Dell, too. A friend of mine stepped on my headphone cord and it broke the headphone jack. So I called Dell, and a couple days later, a dude came out to my house and put a brand new motherboard in my computer for free. Epic win.

dell has decent customer service if u dont mind sending everything off all the time. my roommate spilt some water on his laptop and with the warranty he had, the person over the phone told him to literally run his computer over with his car and he would get a whole new one for free, just back up all important stuff first. needless to say, they hold up decent to a 3 story drop onto concrete... a brand new computer 2 weeks later (shipping sucks).

I got a Dell laptop for college a few years ago. First, it decided that it didn't have a battery anymore, so I could only use it while plugged in. Then it got slower, and slower, and sloowweerr, and sllooooowwweeerrrr, until it decided to start freezing as well. After that, it decided that even when plugged in, it didn't have a battery. I had to twist the wires a certain way and duct tape them in place for it to stay on. Finally got sick of it happening last weekend and punched it. Screen broke. Need new laptop. Good thing Christmas is coming and I don't need a new TV anymore since my cousin had his old extra 20" laying around that he decided he would give to me for free.
