If you have no clue what you are doing, dont even attempt it. It will take about 2.5-4 hours if you know what you are doing

right now i dont have a clue about alarm systems . but i was hoping to research it and learn about is before i do it. like read books, look at how to do it web sites. thats how i learnt about car audio.

Well this is involving on splicing into your factory wiring. if you dont know what yo are doing, this is one of those things you dont really try to attempt.

I say this is one of the things no one really wants to attempt and mess up their car. Try to find the cheapest place to install it...but make sure they know what they're doin.
