Definite audible increase in output?

Should I hear a definite increase in output going from a 3.25cf sealed box off a 611a to a 3.0cf ported box tuned to 35hz off the same amount of power? I have a 15" Massive CW. Ive already heard from somebody else but just want others' opinions/facts.

Every sub I've run sealed got louder when I put it in a ported box, so you "should" see an increase unless the box is wrong for the sub.

And I'd say it's time you learn to build one rather than paying someone else. It's not that hard and the $$$ you'd spend will buy the supplies and tools you need...

Yea ur right but I dont have the time. And im getting a pretty reasonable price too.
