Deck with USB in and High pass filters

My brother just got his liscence a few months ago and i want to buy him a deck for x-mas. all i want/need is for it to have a built in high pass filter for the speakers and a USB in for his ipod touch. lemme know what you got. no more than 100-120 shipped max
