Deck Suggestions?

What a great monday. I went on my lunch break only to find wires coming out of my center console. That is right, I was robbed!

Anyways, I had an Alpine 9855. Any suggestions on a comparable unit? Because the unit is 2 years old, are there any new units that match the features and quality of the 9855 but for a cheaper price? It doesn't necessarily have to be alpine. Thanks in advance.

9886 or 9887 are the only alpines worth looking at. The 9855 was around $500 right? these can be had much cheaper.

other than that look at the 880prs by pioneer, much more eq than the 9855 tho.

And if your interested my 9853 is for sale for cheap, same as the 55 without the biolight display

thanks for your input. but whats the difference between the 9887 and 9886. I was looking at their specs on alpines website and I compared the 2 but I could not find a difference, other than the 100 dollar difference. Thanks in advance.

switch to the dark side. go with pioneer. the 880 is sweet!

Its such a bad thing to have to buy a new deck under these circumstances. 9887, or you could go with a Excelon instead. They are sweet!

Insurance is paying right? The 9886 is the newer version of the 9885, but it does most of the same stuff as the 9887. I'm guessing they will be coming out with a 9888 soon that does even more, based on the numbering logic they use...
