keep checking the classifieds. You are not going to find much new that is half decent for that price. I just picked up a Apline 9807 for $95 shipping from the classifieds so there are deals to be had.

imo your not gona get a good one, for under 100

but i know dual brand has one with aux input, you can find at walmart for under 100, if you wana go that route

Do yourself a favor and forget about Dual and either get a used HU or save up money for a better one. Dual is the shit of the shit and makes Jensen look like McIntosh in comparison.
