Decision time...two 12" or One 18" Solo X

I know I have made a few threads today about this. Thanks to you guys I have been able to narrow down my decision and this is what it has come to. I originally was going to buy the two 18" MTs but they are no longer available. These are my last two choices.

1. Two 12" Kicker Solo Xs

2. One 18" Solo X

Both will be ran off two Orion 2500ds.

This is for SPL. Which setup would you prefer for SPL?

Thats what I will do if I get the 18".

get the dual 1 ohm 18 and strap your amps.

I would get DVC 1 and put an Orion 2500 on each coil with the 18". Not strap them.

2 - 12's...I think they would be louder and look better

i'm pretty sure they are strappable. you are better off strapping them. if you run to each coil you better make sure your gains are exact.
