Decision between two speakers!

I've been looking into getting my rear speakers changed out from the factory to aftermarket, due to years of wear and tear.

So, I looked many speakers online based on my budget and narrowed it down to

1) Kicker DSC693

2) Rockford Fosgate R169X3 Prime

the specs to me looks pretty same, however, I want to know from you guys (speaker gurus) what makes one stands out from the other such as sound quality, base, etc...

I own a 1999 Toyota Camry LE with an after market HU ( Boss 612UA, 50 watt x 4 ch) and NO AMP system. So far, I currently have factory speakers installed. but tomorrow I plan to replace the front speakers with Pioneer TS-A1675R 3 way speakers.

Also, I'm NOT planning to add on amp system anytime in the future, so if the speakers above aren't suitable, any other recommendations would be awesome.

To clear up some things - as far as speakers go, specs don't mean much. Build quality and performance do and most of the time these can only be gauged via reviews. Can you tell us a bit more about your current setup? Are you running off factory or after market HU? Do you have an amp for these speakers? What speakers are in the front?

Word of caution about sticking 6x9s in the back - they can **** a lot of your sound stage to the back, whereas most people prefer the stage to be in front of them.

both are similar in sound and grade quality, its basically down to what company you want to support.
