If the metal rusted from underneath the sludge... then it's not SS's fault at all.

It seams as though it was never allowed to properly cure, and air/water (read as condensation) gto trapped underneath it.... and began to rust.

like i mentioned before there is no rust at all underneath it. it had plenty of time to cure and this was back in july so it should've been plenty warm. once i get all this shit off i'll take pics to show there is no rust

Im not exactly doubting Ants stuff, but that stuff in your trunk is just strange. I got a nice layer up on the ceiling now... lets just stay I wouldnt want something like that seeping down the headlinder.
