I'm sure some of you will feel cheated as there is not frying of speakers in this thread.

Here is the enclosure design I've made with some help from NGSM13.



7 cubes GROSS

5 cubes net tunes to 28 hz

The box is for 2 Infinity Kappa Perfect 12.1s, I'm building WAY out of Infinity's specs, but they are each only going to get 210W RMS at the most.

I still have a feeling this will be the death of them.

I actually don't think they will die anymore, not after free-airing them a little today. The suspension seems to shrug at what my amp has to offer.
