the 49ers have a long history of super bowl titles wheras the lions haven't won a title since 1957 and their only playoff victory since 1957 was in 1991 when they beat dallas but went on to loose in the nfc title game to washington, like 55-7. it's the fact that the lions were a playoff team before millen took over, and now they are the worst. also barry sanders quit 2 years before millen, and millen tried to talk him into coming back. atleast there are the pistons and red wings //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif

instead of having 65,000 fans every sunday, you went down to 5000, i'm sure william clay ford would notice. maybe then he'll fire millen.

i think there is a good chance aaron brooks could be a lion next season. the saints will probably cut him so maybe the lions will sign him to a 1 year contract and maybe draft a QB. hopefully a change of scenery will help because brooks is a talanted QB. i also think the lions could take a chance on david carr.

There's no doubt that Brooks is talented, but he makes very poor decisions when he's rushed or under pressure. A better coach could help him with that. If I were the Lions, I would probably take Carr over Brooks.

if carr could get someone to block for him, he might actually be able to play. i hope the lions atleast take a chance on him if indeed houston cuts him or the lions could hang onto harington and try to draft leinart and maybe that will give harrington a kick in the *** like drew brees in san diego.

ya the chargers got screwed out of like 50 mil when drew brees started playin good and phillip rivers hasnt seen a minute of playin time. i wouldnt mind makin 10 million a year sittin on the bench
