Dealing with stripped bolts

I've got 2 stripped Torx bolts on my hands right now that I can't for the life of me get out. Vice grips did not help at all. The one I'm fine with drilling out if that's my only option. The other, however is a seat belt bolt that i definitely will NOT drill out. Should I just cut the carpet around the bolt and deaden around the seat belt, or what should I do?

I saw something advertised on TV that will take any stripped nut or bolt out or off //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif
i can take any nut off //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/fyi.gif.9f1f679348da7204ce960cfc74bca8e0.gif

the crafstman bolt off things work real weel actually. they eat into the bolt head and you can use a real long breaker bar and get most bolts loose usually, or use an impact gun

Bleh. Outdated fastener and driver designs. In 10 years time this will no longer be a problem. I have a patent for a bolt that is physically impossible to strip //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/fyi.gif.9f1f679348da7204ce960cfc74bca8e0.gif

In the meantime, WD-40 + wrench.
