happened to me when I was 17, I was driving and my friend shot a .22 rifle out the back window and the end of the barrel was like a foot away from my right ear....even though I held both hand at my ears after he shot (boom) my ear popped...for like a week I had about 80% hearing loss in my ear and it slowly came back, however do THIS DAY, THIS MOMENT , I have ringing in my ear because of that..i just learned to live with it..and that was over 10 years ago......use protection from now on bro......

really? mines been flawless. only put a couple hundred rounds through it so far though.

Ive used a couple in some extreme weather and they didnt really hold up to well... they always jammed whenever anything got in the action. I just said screw it and switched back to the pump. but my beretta cycles like a champ in any weather... I just love gas drives.

You will be alright bro. I promoted 12 raves and attended over 500 in a 10 year span so I know that feeling. 20k - 500k for 4 - 10 hours had my hearing fcked up for up to three days sometimes.

Now my hearings not so good after this last few years of car audio. Ill always where plugs at any show or in any loud car.

I shoot my nine off but always with muffs... Btw, I'm trying to sell it but I cant find anywhere to list it.

Man...I must be really deaf.......22's don't even make my eyes flinch.

My 3.5" Sp ultra compact 1911 honestly doesn't even really bother me.

Now rifle's...If I am doing the shooting, not so much but if I am watching(especially larger/mags) that can be a problem.

you'll be fine I had the same thing going a couple days ago from a ND/AD when my buddy accidentally shot his .32 off in the apt he was three feet in front of me and missed me by a foot that muzzle flash from that end will **** with your eye's and at the same time being on that end is LOUD but it fades after a few days, thankfully the lesson learned does not!
