Dead island feezing wtf?

i play on 360 and my dead island game freezed in a loading screen for chapter 7 or loads but there is only a black screen. the fuqq?

i have to admit. ive had both and the 360 is just better for me. more competitive. plus i dont have to worry about month long hacks
