143.9 would be very hard to do with a single 12 and 500w. I'm guessing it's probably a 1512, based on the power. The 1512's are rated at 450w iirc, but that is underrated. If you have installed this woofer, you probably aren't anywhere close to that score. Not trying to be offensive or anything, it's really more than that setup can produce.

x2 i have a single 3515 on 1k rms and it is barely toching 143 sealed up.

What is your budget? With being exposed to Rain.. I would recommend looking at a marine grade SAS Bazooka for the sub stage

Don't forget Hoffman's Iron Law. You can have 2 of the 3: low end, efficiency/sensitivity or small enclosure size...
