DD m1d

I was looking at purchasing the new dd m1d to replace my Rockford t1000 bdcp. I have been reading around the forum and trying to pull away from the mainstream company's. Would the m1d be and improvement from the bdcp or just a sideways move?

Hard to say power wise with the Rockford being regulated.

You will gain a lot of efficiency. It's smaller and also has a clip light. I'm not sure but I think the RF don't have a adjustable SS filter and the DD does.

I hate RF and love DD so I would do it. But I'm bias.

Thank you for the reply as you where the one I was liking for and answer from. I have been ready a lot of your posts and yes saw the efficiency on the bdcp not that good where the m1d seems to be designed with higher efficieny at 1 ohm and yes the Rockford is fixed ssf at 28hz so I guess I'll make the switch. I am going to be powering 2 dd 1512s and when I need trunk space I will pull the 1512sout and throw in my 3512.
