Possibly close at 18V if you had about 20 batteries on it.
Odds are with the electrical you described he's not seeing half that.
it would do 0 watts at 18v, they shut off at 15.5 or some place close. 12v clamps have been in 89k area.

Digital Designs M4a's are bad ***! I have clamped all 4 of mine at 7800rms+ @.5ohm 15.0volts. They go into protect at anything over 15.1v.
I was little high on voltage protect I see

To be honest, the M4A tests have shows a wide range of what they can do. Some are like gems and do a large amount of power while others do not offer much more then rated. It is a bit hit/miss in some cases.

Now im thinking I can tell because my head hurts lol what can a DDz handle DD doesn't say
It says "if you have to ask" because it's true. You aren't interested in buying them or shouldn't be if you wonder what they can handle. Lol. I put 5k daily to mine and they don't get stinky. I'd like to have 2 dc9k's or cactus k9s but cannot currently afford. Power handling on a burp is irrelevant. If a person rolls into it, thermally any sub worth burping can usually take what you throw at it. Mechanically is a totally different story.
