yes i agree that they both will get extremely loud in the proper enclosure...DD's are amazing all around and so are Treo, probably not even much noticeable audible difference.. i know the DD's can handle pretty much as much power as you want them to give them... they are built to last. but treo, your getting a slight better design and build. both will last through abuse, but i would say treo will last longer, and thats pretty much what it comes down to.. personally i would say get the one you can get cheaper, cuz in the end you wont tell too much of a difference, both are great speakers and great manufacturers, you more than likely will be happy with either, and will be happy for a long time, cuz chances are if you do things correct (good elecetrical and such) you wont come into problems with either of them.. personal preference.

well put bro...i am into the street beat comps and i love DD when it comes to SPL and all around clean sounding bass...ive heard some treo 10s and they did really hit decent and sounded well so i dont knock them but i just fell in love iwth the DD line and i am hoping to some winning with them soon....love to see some videos
