whats the electrical like? what kind of voltage do you maintain? i'm thinking of getting my stock alty rebuilt and if 160amps works great for you on 3kw rms then i might just go that route.

Electrical is rather solid, i havent checked my voltage with this box but my old box was 12.8v so who knows what the impedience rise is on this one...

I expect low 12s full tilt in idle which isnt bad tbh... 2800 cold cranking amps and a factory 160 alt.

Yea lol, every single show i go to there are people with 4 kicker l7s, 6 memphis random *** subs that i dont know what they are, and all sorts of stuff like that...

After giving out the demos they go in the line and do like a 146 lol, i go and do a 150 and no one even knew i was competeing then i have everyone around my car and i get cards from shop owners telling me i need to do their installs and they want me to tell them what to get //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/laugh.gif.48439b2acf2cfca21620f01e7f77d1e4.gif

Not always true but who doesnt love seeing a single 15 in a trunk car doing a 50?

I love that reaction as well... I had one guy in my backseat thinking I had 3 15"s and his friend guessed 4 12"s... Then I open the trunk and they see the brands they just stand there scratching their head lol

Weird thing is chargers do not let the bass out, when i roll up you can hear my trunk but you do not really hear my bass which i kind of like but when kids try and see whos car is louder outside...

My cousin was trying to tell me how his 4 punch 12s were louder but yet he wouldnt put his head in the window? :grin:

nice . that like me i think u dont need alot of subs to get loud . the right box and power and electrical your good. i wana change my box im tune so high. it deff a spl box. to bad Fi ssd;s like 32 Hz. lol

man im in the same boat as you!! LOL the 9515's are no joke..with my old MTX 81001's (1500rms @1ohm) i did a 145.9... but my massive seems louder and I havent even wired it to 1ohm yet.. I got a comp in 2 weeks.. I hope to see 148db from the trunk! and I love the feeling of being louder than everyone else and I only have 1 sub!

I cant wait 2 hear my friend meter.. He has DD 2512s in a wall ona 2k6.. I swear it will nauseate you on the inside..i sat in it when it had 6 512's and did 152.0 with the massive 3000.1 and this is SOO much louder now.. if its not 155, then im not sitting here.. I wish there were more SPL comps in the area

I would actually like to hear my 9515 tuned lower.. its vry loud at 41hz.. and u can feel the lows, but I think it would get retarded to the ear if i tunded to 35hz daily

Beautiful thing about aeros isthat if I ug one of my aeros it's tuned to 35hz in that video it's at 39hz. Shoulda plugged one for the video

Areo ports are loud. I try telling people. but they are too cheap to spend the $60

additional bucks.

thats wierd i have a single sub setup as well. i am running a 15" fi btl on a crunch gp3000d pro havent really gave it alot of power but i did one time and i think its gotta be near 148-149. not sure dont have a meter. i did meter it before and it was a 145 on a ssl4000.1 amp so maybe 1200-1300 watts ans it was loud. my question is are aeros that big of a difference with moving air and tuning cause i have dual slot ports now and i think it would be alot different with a single port on one side with sub on other. not sure but both sub and port firing forward i think alot of people have more luck with facing it towards the trunk. have you tried facing forward. one more thing sorry lol should i be moving alot of air with the fully loaded btl in 5 cubes 80 inchs of port(dual) and tuned to 35 alot of people i know tuned a little higher and they move there car alot i move mine but not that much but i am louder then them
